Florida will be celebrating with sales tax holidays on many things. If your company sells these items OR uses them, make sure to spread the word and take advantage of the Sales Tax FREEDOM! Here's the full list, based on the new Florida state budget that was just passed into law:
EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS (Aug 1)
- Batteries
- Smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
- Generators
- Gas cans
- Fire extinguishers
- Tarps
- Life jackets
BACK TO SCHOOL (August)
- Clothes, wallets, bags ≤ $100
- School supplies ≤ $50
- Computers ≤ $1,500
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
- Sunscreen, insect repellant, bike helmets, admission to state parks (Aug 1)
